How to Get VISITOR pass Deadlines: May. 30 Pre-registration is required for all participants to N-EXPO/GWPE 2025. Admission Precautions
  • If you are not registered, you will need to pay 5,000 yen to enter.
  • This is an exhibition for the purpose of business negotiations. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • No one will be allowed to enter the exhibition who intends to sell or solicit exhibitors.
    • Steps from Pre-registration to Visiting the show
      STEP1 Complete Pre-registration on the Official Website

      Please register the information of all visitors to the exhibition using the visitor registration form.

      If you are unable to receive a registration confirmation email:
    1. Please add "no-reply@nexpo.ex-system.tech" to your allowed senders list.
    2. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
      3.        Please note:
      Multiple registrations using the same email address are not permit.
      Prepare one email address per person to register.       STEP2 You will receive an e-mail notification of pass download.

      Please click the dedicated URL in the e-mail to access the download page for your pass. You can download your pass as a PDF file.

      STEP3 Pass Printing

      Please print out your pass on A4 paper and bring it to the exhibition venue on the day of the exhibition.

      STEP4 Enter the exhibition hall

      On the day of the exhibition, please pick up a pass folder at the exhibition venue. Insert the printed pass into the folder and wear it around your neck. At the entrance/exit, a staff member will scan the 2D code on your pass.
